First, we’ll dive into what Omega fatty acids are and why they are essential. There are three different types of Omega fatty acids, and each of them play a significant role in your body functions.

The correct balance would be 1:1, meaning you are getting the same amount of each. However, most people’s diets are severely lacking in Omega-3’s and the ratio is more like 15:1. The only way to get these back in balance is by getting more Omega-3 in your diet.
Omega-9 Fatty Acids
