HONIBE.COM SUBSCRIBE & SAVE DISCOUNT SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By signing up to participate in the Honibe.com Subscribe & Save Discount Subscription Program (“Program”) in connection with one or more eligible products (each a “Product”) offered on Honibe.com (the “Website”) and selecting the “Subscribe & Save” option for any given product on Honibe.com (“Website”), you hereby agree to the following:
Each Product that you subscribe to as part of the Program (each a “Subscription”) will default to either a recurring thirty (30) or thirty-five (35) day automatic purchase cycle, depending on the Product, as stated in the Subscription description for that Product, or you may select another purchase cycle that is available in your Honibe account (the “Subscription Cycle”) whereby you will automatically be charged and sent a new Product every Subscription Cycle (the “Subscription Order”), unless your subscription is cancelled or you modify your order in advance, as set forth in these Terms. You will receive a discount off the then-current non-promotional list price of the Product offered on the Website (“Current Price”) to non-subscription members at the time your Subscription Order is processed. Your discount will be the same for each Subscription Order as was stated in the Subscription offer terms for the Product at the time of your enrollment in the Program (the “Discount”).
SUBSCRIPTION CHANGES AS OF FEBRUARY 1, 2022
Effective February 1, 2022, the Discount on each Subscription will change, such changes to be reflected in the Subscription offer terms for the Product at the time of your enrollment in the Program; provided however, that if you have subscribed to a Subscription prior to February 1, 2022, the discount on such Subscription shall not be subject to change, unless and until you chose to unsubscribe. Once you unsubscribe, any new Subscription you subscribe to will be subject to the discount changes.
You authorize Honibe and/or its affiliated companies (“us,” “our,” or “we”) to automatically charge the payment card (“Payment Card”) you initially used for the Product that you enrolled in the Program for subsequent Subscription Orders of that Product, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Your Payment Card will be charged every thirty (30) or thirty-five (35) days, depending on the Product, (or if you change the frequency of your Subscription Cycle, by the number of days in your new Subscription Cycle) from your last order date, at the Current Price of the Product less the Discount, unless you go into your Honibe.com account and cancel your Subscription entirely, skip that Subscription Order or change the frequency of your Subscription Cycle, which must occur before 11:59 pm PST the date prior to your Payment Card being charged. If you change the frequency of your Subscription Cycle (if and as allowed on the Website), your Payment Card will be charged per the number of days in your new Subscription Cycle. We will send an email three (3) days before the Payment Card is charged with details of your upcoming order and the amount that your Payment Card will be charged. We will continue placing your Subscription Orders under the current Subscription and charging your Payment Card until you cancel your Subscription.
If your Payment Card is declined, you must provide us a new eligible payment method promptly or your Subscription will be canceled. If you provide us with a new eligible payment method and are successfully charged, your new payment method will become the new Payment Card for purposes of these Terms and Conditions.
Product prices are subject to change. The price you paid for your first order is not guaranteed for future Subscription Orders, which will be charged at the Current Price at the time your Subscription Order is processed. For the purposes of pricing your order, the Current Price of the Product is determined as of the time the order is processed, which is the day the Payment Card for the Subscription Order is charged, and will not be updated further after that time.
Subject to the terms and conditions herein, your Discount will remain the same for each Subscription Order as was stated in the Subscription offer terms for the Product at the time of your enrollment in the Program.
Once accepted, your Subscription will continue until you cancel or change it. You may cancel your Subscription at any time by following these steps:
- Log in to your account at honibe.com by visiting https://honibe.com/account/login
- From the Account Details page (https://honibe.com/account) press the "Manage Subscriptions" link to enter the subscription portal
- Select the "Subscriptions" tab from the top navigation
- Click the subscription you wish to edit/cancel
- Press the "Cancel Subscription" button and follow the on-screen instructions
We also reserve the right to cancel your Subscription at any time and for any reason, including (without limitation) for things like Product availability, pricing discrepancy, or errors.
You may not transfer or assign your Subscription.
You may not obtain or use a Subscription for the purpose of resale or rental.
Subscription Orders are sent with standard shipping via Canada Post.
RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLING REORDERS
You can view and manage your Subscription by visiting www.honibe.com and signing into your account.
Returns are subject to the Honibe.com Returns Policy, available at https://honibe.com/pages/return-policy.
If your shipping address is in a state that requires us to collect sales tax, your subscription orders will be subject to tax at the appropriate state and local rate.
OTHER APPLICABLE TERMS
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change and apply to all items in your Subscription Order.
TERMINATION BY US
We may terminate your Subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so after you have been charged a Subscription fee but prior to our shipment of the Product for that Subscription Period, your Subscription Order will be canceled, and we will give you a refund of the applicable payment for that Subscription Order.
